啊智齒不拔掉果然很難刷，今天感覺右下後方的智齒卡卡的，就用手去摳，結果摳到一些東西(臭臭的...)，還摳到流血0.0後來改用棉花棒去清，但是感覺還是沒清得很乾淨，考慮過段時間去洗個牙好了...(BUT上次洗牙的經驗很可怖耶...)
