結果我應該要去做的事情都沒去做...(汗)

我的人生就是一直在LAG啊~~~(習慣就好...)

其實應該做的事情有好多唷，我只列出我想列的，都是一些很細節但是我覺得卻很重要的事情(也就是我缺乏的):
多關心自己，了解自己真正的情緒，不要總是戴著面具。
吃東西只吃八分飽，第二次感覺到很餓了才吃東西，而且要營養均衡。
適時的運動，仰臥起坐ˋ空中腳踏車，適度的按摩ˋ敲打穴道，幫助血液循環。
多關心身邊的人，多說一句關心的話，又不會少塊肉。
喜ˋ怒ˋ哀ˋ樂都要有所節制，任何一種情緒過多了都會傷身體。
不要總是宅在家裡做一樣的事情，多嘗試不同的事情吧!(這點最難@@")
持續的審視自我，才能知道自己要什麼，並且去做。
